Teral-Aerotech’s specialise in the design and manufacturers of Centrifugal Blower Fans. The centrifugal Blower Fans designs uses the centrifugal force generated by a rotating disk, with blades mounted at right angles to the disk, to impart movement to the air or gas and increase its pressure. The assembly of the hub, disk and blades is thought as the fan wheel, and sometime includes other components with mechanics or structural functions. The centrifugal fan wheel is often contained inside a scroll-shaped fan housing, resembling the shell of the nautilus sea creature with a central hole. The air or gas within the spinning fan is thrown off the outside of the wheel, to an outlet at the housing’s largest diameter. This simultaneously draws more air or gas into the wheel through the central hole. Inlet and outlet ducting are often attached to the fan’s housing, to supply and/or exhaust the air or gas to the industry’s requirements.
There are many varieties of centrifugal fans, which can have fan wheels that range from less than 3 cm to over 16 feet (5 m) in diameter.
Centrifugal fans or blowers uesd of seven types of wheels that are enclosed in a scroll shaped housing. The air enters the fan wheel through the housing inlet, turns 90 degrees and is accelerated radially and exits the fan housing.

These fans have forward curved impellers with forward curved blades having special profile to give you maximum efficiency at low noise levels. These impellers are statically and dynamically balanced. The fans are suitable for various applications where high volume air displacement is required like air cooling, general ventilation, pressurization, etc., in various commercial processes and various industrial systems..

The units are delivered complete with control system, heating battery and filters. The TA EL has an electric re-heater, whilst the TA HW uses a hot-water battery for re-heating. Speed-controllable, high efficiency plug fans make service and cleaning easy.

Induced Draft Fan can be used with Boiler, Oven, Furnace etc. Induced blower fan is available in direct driven and V-Belt driven. Induced Draft (ID) fans are used to create a vacuum or negative air pressure in a system or stack. Our centrifugal blowers are used to maintain elevated ventilation, resulting in increased system efficiency. Teral-aerotech fan also suppliers extractor fans, which are typically heavy duty construction to handle particulate in the air stream. In the boiler industry ID Fans are often used in conjunction with FD fans to maintain system pressure which is slightly lower than ambient.
Working Principle:
Induced draft Fan is also used to identify the combustion process used in large boilers. When mechanical ventilation is supplied to these boilers, the heat transfer rate increases. Induced draft fan or ID fan is always located between dust collector and chimney. ID fan takes the hot flue gases from furnace via dust collector (dust separation system or Fume Extraction system) and will deliver to chimney. ID fan produce the pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure in the system or we may say that ID fan produces the negative pressure in the furnace to remove the flue gases from furnace via Multi Cyclone and to push the flue gases to chimney.

Backward Curved Blowers also known as Radial Fans are Centrifugal Fans with Backward Curved Blades. These Centrifugal Fans provide very good cooling at high pressure conditions.
