Teral-Aerotech’s specialise in the design and manufacturers of Centrifugal Blower Fans. The centrifugal Blower Fans designs uses the centrifugal force generated by a rotating disk, with blades mounted at right angles to the disk, to impart movement to the air or gas and increase its pressure. The assembly of the hub, disk and blades is thought as the fan wheel, and sometime includes other components with mechanics or structural functions. The centrifugal fan wheel is often contained inside a scroll-shaped fan housing, resembling the shell of the nautilus sea creature with a central hole. The air or gas within the spinning fan is thrown off the outside of the wheel, to an outlet at the housing’s largest diameter. This simultaneously draws more air or gas into the wheel through the central hole. Inlet and outlet ducting are often attached to the fan’s housing, to supply and/or exhaust the air or gas to the industry’s requirements.
There are many varieties of centrifugal fans, which can have fan wheels that range from less than 3 cm to over 16 feet (5 m) in diameter.
Centrifugal fans or blowers uesd of seven types of wheels that are enclosed in a scroll shaped housing. The air enters the fan wheel through the housing inlet, turns 90 degrees and is accelerated radially and exits the fan housing.

The fans are suitable for various applications where high volume air displacement is required like air cooling, general ventilation, pressurization, etc., in various commercial processes and various industrial systems..

Force draft fan is used for Complete Combustion ( It gives Excess Air) of Fuel Coal/Oil/Bio in boiler, due to which Boiler Efficiency Increases, at the same time ESP load reduces, ID Fan Erosion reduces most important Atmospheric Pollution Reduces. Backward Curved Blowers also known as Radial Fans are Centrifugal Fans with Backward Curved Blades. These Centrifugal Fans provide very good cooling at high pressure conditions. The impellers of these industrial fans are highly resistant to dirt and dust. Backward curved fans are known as non over loading because changes in static pressure do not overload the motor. Its hydraulic efficiency is very high. These External Rotor Motor Fans are ideal for cooling at high pressure conditions. Low cost speed control is possible by supply voltage variation, either by electronic method or by transformer.
Teral-aerotech Backward curved centrifugal fan (BCHS) is designed to handle high air volumes at high static pressures. Used to move mostly clean air, Backward curved centrifugal fan (BCHS) industrial fan can be used as a forced draft or induced draft fan for a wide range of industrial applications.
The backward-inclined blower wheel design consists of blades that slant away from the direction of wheel travel. The units are delivered complete with control system, heating battery and filters. The TA EL has an electric re-heater, whilst the TA HW uses a hot-water battery for re-heating. Speed-controllable, high efficiency plug fans make service and cleaning easy.
